Job Description

Reports to: Marketing & Sales ManagerEntity: Almouyasser Company – Beauty DivisionReviewed: August 2025MissionLead and coordinate the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing activities across all stores and channels. Ensure brand visibility, campaign effectiveness, and store-level alignment with marketing goals to drive customer engagement and sales growth. Job Duties1. Marketing Operations Plan and coordinate monthly visuals and marketing needs in collaboration with store supervisors. • Liaise with designers, suppliers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely production and delivery of marketing materials. • Lead the execution of in-store promotions, branding initiatives, and seasonal campaign rollouts.

• Monitor marketing inventory (bags, flyers, testers, visual kits) and manage stock replenishment needs. • Develop monthly and seasonal in-store marketing plans aligned with brand guidelines. • Organize and oversee in-store events, activations, and product workshops. • Supervise and validate the implementation of marketing activities at store level. 2. Digital Marketing & Influencer Coordination• Oversee collection of digital content (photos, videos, testimonials) from stores. • Coordinate product placements and collaborations with influencers. • Work closely with the digital team to optimize product exposure online. • Supervise and audit stores’ digital presence and content consistency. • Monitor and report competitor digital activities and market trends. 3.

Brand Communication & Campaigns• Lead planning and execution of store events, new product launches, and marketing campaigns. • Prepare and dispatch promotional materials (SMS, WhatsApp, digital visuals) in coordination with the creative team. • Ensure brand message consistency across all touchpoints and platforms. 4. Reporting & Insights• Compile performance reports for marketing campaigns and store-level execution. • Collect customer and staff feedback and transform insights into actionable recommendations. • Track KPIs and campaign ROI using tools and store feedback. GeneralPerform other tasks assigned by the Marketing & Sales Manager related to marketing operations. This may include media production coordination, market visits, product display planning, and interdepartmental communication.
