Job Description

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze data and create financial models for decision makingPerform financial forecasting, reporting, and tracking of operational metricsReport on financial performance and prepare materials for regular management reviewsAnalyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvementsWork closely with the Finance teams of business verticals to ensure accurate financial reportingRecommend actions through data analysis and interpretation and prepare comparative analysisIdentify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, and dashboardsEnhance productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting toolsConduct market research, data mining, business intelligence, business valuations, perform industry comparison, peer reviews, create Benchmark and KPI’s as applicable to various businessesPerform Business and Equity valuation for Mergers & Acquisitions and Exit probabilities.

Educational QualificationEducation Degree: Master’s Degree in FinanceQualified finance professionals with CA, CFA, CMA, ACCA or CPAExperienceYears of Experience: 10 - 15 YearsPreferred Industry: Experience in Accounts / Finance preferably with a background in Corporate FinanceSkillsExpert working knowledge in IFRS and IASProficiency in Microsoft office tools and analytical tools such as Power BIStrong quantitative and analytical skillsHigh degree of Accountability, Integrity & Responsibility in all assigned tasks. Advanced level of Excel knowledge including managing large datasets. Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and a strong focus on accuracyExcellent Interpersonal skills and cross functional stakeholder managementJob RemarksPreferred Language: EnglishJob Country : KuwaitDuty Shift / Timings : One Shift / 7:
