Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and confident Business Analyst to support the delivery of a strategic Client Communications Framework project. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering, structuring, and formalizing business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement, with the ultimate goal of defining clear roles and responsibilities around configuration, approvals, distributions, and communications. Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business needs and processes. Elicit, document, and validate detailed business requirements.
Engage confidently with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to understand current pain points and align on proposed changes. Define and document procedures to support the implementation of the communications framework. Map out and define roles and responsibilities for key activities such as configuration, approval, distribution, and communication. Introduce structure and consistency into the project’s delivery approach, helping standardize workstreams and documentation. Produce clear and actionable deliverables, including process maps, requirement specifications, and workshop outputs. Key Requirements: Strong Stakeholder Management SkillsConfident in building relationships and managing expectations across business units.
Able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders in high-paced environments. Workshop FacilitationExperience in planning, leading, and capturing outputs from workshops. Comfortable facilitating group discussions to drive alignment and clarity. Requirements GatheringDemonstrated experience in eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements. Skilled in translating complex information into structured documentation. Project Structure & Stakeholder Landscape: Working Group: Includes representatives from Marketing, Client Services, Compliance, and Data Analytics. The Business Analyst will collaborate regularly with these teams to ensure alignment and completeness of requirements. Steering Committee:
Comprised of senior stakeholders, including the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), Head of Marketing, Head of Client Services, and Head of Wealth Operations. The Business Analyst will be expected to contribute to preparation of materials, updates, and recommendations presented to this group. Desirable Skills: Experience working in regulated or financial services environments. Knowledge of client communications platforms or frameworks. Stakeholder management - conflict resolution
