As part of the firm’s continued growth, they are seeking to add an Investment Associate to join their Geneva office's Early-Growth team (Series A-C rounds). The role offers a front-row seat to high-calibre transactions across Europe and select international markets, with significant exposure to partners, founders, and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will operate across the full investment lifecycle—from thesis origination to execution and value creation—with a focus on emerging technologies and scalable platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesThematic Sourcing & Ecosystem EngagementDevelop and refine proprietary investment theses across emerging subsectors within software, data, digital infrastructure, and applied technology.
Build high-conviction pipelines through primary research, ecosystem mapping, and structured outreach across founder, advisor, and investor networks. Attend and represent the firm at relevant industry events, demo days, and LP/GP roundtables to strengthen visibility and dealflow access. Transaction ExecutionLead or contribute to the end-to-end investment process, including business model analysis, financial modelling, valuation, and scenario planning. Coordinate multi-stakeholder due diligence efforts spanning commercial, legal, technical, and ESG dimensions. Draft and present investment memoranda to the IC, articulating risk-reward dynamics, strategic rationale, and value creation levers.
Interface with legal counsel and external advisors to drive deal structuring and closing processes. Portfolio Involvement & Strategic SupportServe as a day-to-day interface to select portfolio companies, supporting founders and management teams on key initiatives. Monitor operational KPIs, track value creation plans, and support internal reporting and LP communications. Collaborate with portfolio CFOs and finance teams on forecasting, scenario analysis, and capital planning. Support follow-on funding rounds, exit preparation, and potential secondary transactions. Candidate Profile3–5 years of professional experience in growth equity, venture capital, investment banking (TMT or generalist), strategy consulting, or operating roles in high-growth tech businesses.
Demonstrable exposure to deal processes, including execution and due diligence across private markets transactions. Advanced financial modelling and valuation capabilities, coupled with strong analytical and written communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and the ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic, low-ego environment. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages (especially French or German) are highly regarded.
