As a Logistics Data Analyst, you will play a key role in building and optimizing data-driven processes to support one of ALDI SÜD’s most ambitious logistics projectsYour work will help ensure transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across our warehouse and transport operationsYou'll analyze and interpret internal logistics data to support strategic decision-makingYou'll design and implement efficient data-based processes that enhance operational workflows in warehousing and transportationYou'll evaluate the performance of logistics service providers using clearly defined KPIs and dashboardsYou'll ensure our master data is clean, up-to-date, and aligned with real-world operational needsYou'll drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, running root-cause analyses, and proposing actionable solutionsYou'll collaborate closely with internal departments, country logistics teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and cross-border cooperationYou'll contribute to the design and execution of operational case studies and present findings to key stakeholdersCandidate ProfileThe requirements of the role include:
A university degree, ideally in logistics, supply chain, business analytics, or a related fieldRelevant work experience in data-driven logistics environmentsExperience working with fresh product operations (fruit & vegetables) and logistics service providers is a strong plusA structured, solution-oriented way of thinking and the ability to handle complexity with clarityAdvanced Excel skills and experience in working with large datasets (e. g.
