Position Title: Rider Support & Equipment HandlerReports to: Regional / National Operations ManagerJob Summary: The Rider Support & Equipment Handler is responsible for ensuring that all riders have the tools, gear, and support they need to operate efficiently and safely, This includes managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and maintenance of rider equipment, as well as assisting with fleet-related tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Issue, receive, and track rider equipment (helmets, bags, uniforms, etc. ) in accordance with company procedures. • Conduct routine checks on equipment condition and report damages, losses, or maintenance needs.
• Support riders by addressing operational queries, assisting with basic troubleshooting of equipment, and ensuring compliance with company standards. • Maintain accurate inventory records of all rider-related assets using manual logs or digital systems. • Assist with organizing and maintaining the warehouse in a clean, safe, and efficient manner. • Prepare and package rider kits for onboarding new riders. • Coordinate with the fleet team for rider schedule updates, returns, and assignments. • Support operational activities such as bike/scooter parking arrangement, license checks, or rider document verification. • Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times. Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or field support preferred. • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. • Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset when dealing with riders. • Ability to lift and move moderate-weight equipment. • Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory tracking. Work Conditions: • Combination of warehouse work and occasional field support. • May require evening or weekend availability during peak operations.
