Facilitation of key ART events (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Retrospectives, Inspect & Adapt)Collaboration with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teamsManaging risks, dependencies, and impediments impacting deliveryPromoting Lean-Agile practices and a culture of continuous improvementProviding transparent updates to stakeholders at all levelsSupporting capacity planning, process improvements, and best practices adoptionFostering a safe environment for collaboration and innovationSupporting change initiatives and Agile transformationRequirements5+ years in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar)Experience facilitating PI Planning and cross-team eventsUnderstanding of product/solution delivery processesStrong skills in managing risks, dependencies, and impedimentsExperience driving continuous improvement initiativesRussian C1+English C1+Nice to have:
