The Country Manager - IT Benchmarking will play a key role in overseeing the company’s operations, growth, and customer engagement within Austria. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with a strong background in IT, benchmarking, and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our IT benchmarking services in Austria, building strong relationships with key clients, and managing a local team. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Drive the sales strategy and growth of IT benchmarking services in Austria, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals with key clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Market Analysis: Stay on top of the Austrian IT landscape, identifying trends, competitors, and opportunities to tailor our benchmarking services to meet local business needs. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a local team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure success in client engagements and operations. Product/Service Customization: Work closely with our global teams to customize and adapt IT benchmarking solutions to meet the specific needs of the Austrian market. Strategy & Reporting:

Develop and execute strategic plans for market penetration, growth, and profitability. Report on key performance indicators, market progress, and client outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment in delivering high-quality benchmarking services. Thought Leadership: Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and client meetings, positioning the company as a leader in the IT benchmarking field. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Country Manager, Business Development Manager, or in a similar leadership role, ideally within IT benchmarking, IT consulting, or related fields.

Deep knowledge of the IT industry, market trends, and competitive landscape, particularly within Austria and Central Europe. Strong business acumen, with a track record of successfully growing markets, managing P&L, and achieving sales targets. Excellent relationship management skills with experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders in both local and global settings. Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with the ability to customize services for diverse customer needs. Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills in both languages (spoken and written).

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in benchmarking services, analytics, or data-driven decision-making environments. Familiarity with global IT service providers, technology vendors, or consulting firms. Experience in Austria’s specific IT market and regulatory landscape. A track record of managing relationships with key clients in industries such as telecommunications, finance, manufacturing, or public services.
