Private Equity Vice President – Lower Middle Market Growth InvestingWe are seeking an experienced Vice President to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial lower middle market private equity team focused on partnering with founders and management teams to accelerate growth. The firm invests in high-potential companies across healthcare, business services, industrial growth, and specialty sectors, with a proven track record of building market leaders through strategic growth initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead deal execution from sourcing through close, including due diligence, financial modeling, structuring, and negotiationsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with founders, management teams, and industry advisorsOversee portfolio company value creation strategies, working closely with management to drive organic growth and execute add-on acquisitionsMentor and manage associates and analysts, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven team cultureSupport fundraising, investor relations, and internal firm initiatives as neededQualifications6–8+ years of experience in private equity, ideally within the Healthcare, Industrials or Business Services sectors.
