We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Engineer to join our team in Egypt Offiice . This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a critical role in managing the company's procurement activities. Your responsibilities will include handling purchasing processes, purchase management, purchase planning, and ensuring efficient execution of purchase orders. Key ResponsibilitiesImplement procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of materials and services. Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with qualified suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. Plan and execute purchase strategies to ensure timely availability of required materials and services.
Oversee purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement workflows. Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize costs without compromising quality. Ensure all procurement activities comply with organizational policies, project specifications, and legal standards. Prepare, issue, and periodically update tracking reports for purchasing requisitions, foreign currency requirement,… etc. Qualifications2-6 years of experience, with at least 1 year in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. Proficient in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Cairo basedStrong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
