Job Summary Showroom supervisor oversees daily showroom operations, manages staff, ensures excellent customer service, maintain inventory and drivers sales and profitability Job Responsibilities Participate with the sales team in generating sales through high-selling techniques Ensure consistency in customer service delivered and handle all complaints Maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge Manages all checkout functions by processing sales transactions and refunds, monitoring cash drawer amounts, and maintaining the checkout area; also oversees coverage of registers and store supply usage and performs opening procedures Monitoring sales staff daily and weekly checklists Conduct regular and hands-on training of the sales staff Conduct regular spot checks on pricing and signage Oversee showroom inventory to avoid any out-of-stock situation Maintain high standards of visual merchandising housekeeping in terms of cleanliness, display, lighting and stock rotation Prepare a schedule to ensure full coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming standards of the staff.
Support the showroom manager in handling the team and other responsibilities Handle the daily reports (sales, inventory, CSI, NPS)Ā Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related fieldĀ Minimum 4 years retail sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven selling, negotiating, convincing and problem-solving skills Excellent command of Arabic and English both written and spoken Computer literate.
