Job Description

Job description: Job Summary The role will significantly support timely vehicle ordering, accurate sales data submission, and streamlined reporting for management decision-making. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to consolidate monthly and quarterly vehicle forecasts. Prepare and submit detailed vehicle specification files to internal teams. Track and monitor vehicle orders from placement to arrival. Coordinate with logistics and clearance teams for timely delivery and registration. Ensure that all ordered vehicles comply with the agreed-upon specifications. Maintain and update daily sales records of new vehicles. Submit sold units to the dealership management system accurately and promptly.

Prepare and distribute daily stock reports to management. Reconcile sales reports with physical stock and dealer inventory systems. Follow up with suppliers and clearance agents for pending documentation or shipment issues. Maintain records of all vehicle orders, invoices, and related documentation. Coordinate with the marketing and finance teams for promotional stock and pricing details. Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements. Participate in regular inventory checks and assist during audits. Suggest improvements to streamline ordering and reporting workflows. Support the implementation of new systems or tools for better efficiency.

Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. 2+ years’ experience in automotive ordering, logistics, or sales operations preferred. Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/Dealer Management Systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
