🔍 What You’ll DoManage customer complaints using the 8D methodologyMonitor customer quality indicators and lead improvement plan initiativesHandle supplier complaints and assess supplier performance based on quality KPIsConduct internal product and process auditsAct as the voice of the customer within the organization—ensuring their needs and expectations are clearly understood and addressedProactively participate in resolving internal quality issues✅ What we’re looking for: Degree in Technological studies (engineering preferible). Knowledge/training in IATF (internal or external), IATF, VDA and 8D. Experience with quality tools:
