This role is for someone who enjoys owning challenges end-to-end, whether it’s designing algorithms, building software, collecting and analyzing sensor data or pushing a project over the finish line. At neuRay Labs, you will bridge research, engineering and product development—transforming ideas into production-grade solutions that run in the real world.What You'll DoResearch, design, and implement algorithms in AI, Signal Processing and Sensor Fusion.Collect, analyze, query and validate data from our sensors, including experiments in-the-field, to support algorithms development and evaluation.Lead end-to-end projects: from problem definition, prototyping and data experiments to software design, implementation and deployment.Translate prototypes into scalable, reliable software. Collaborate with hardware, embedded/software and product teams to ensure solutions are well-integrated.Continuously monitor performance and refine algorithms based on real-world data.QualificationsM.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related fieldProven experience (at least 3 years) with algorithms and AI/DL/MLProven experience with data collection and analysis in real-world experiments (preferably with sensor data)Proven experience (at least 3 years) in Software development (preferably in Python/C#).Proven experience in Software engineering best practices (design patterns, testing, version control, CI/CD).Ability to take technical ownership of projects and drive them to completion.Ability to lead data collection and annotation, from sensors / edge devices, including in-the-field experiments.Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and adaptability.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.AdvantagesExperience with Radar sensors.Experience with Point Cloud.Experience with Computer Vision.Experience with model optimizations (e.g pruning, quantization) for running on edge devices.
