Key Roles And ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement advanced analytical models to identify trends, patterns, and relationships in complex datasetsDevelop and deploy machine learning algorithms and predictive models to forecast demand, sales, and other key metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for data-driven decision-makingExtract, clean, and prepare large datasets for analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, and RCommunicate findings and insights to stakeholders, using data visualization and other techniques to present resultsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in data science and identify opportunities to incorporate these into the organization's processes and strategiesProvide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the data science teamQualifications:

Strong background in statistics, machine learning, and programmingExperience working with large and complex datasets in the retail and FMCG industryExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teamsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and RExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and IBM CognosKnowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniquesFamiliarity with database management systems and SQL.
