Job Description

This position is contracted through a third-party company and requires relocation to Hangzhou, China. But you will work with Alibaba International’s recruitment team and business team with no daily work differences. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for identifying, attracting, and evaluating high-end talent globally, including talent search, proactive communication, comprehensive evaluation, recommendation, process follow-up, and providing feedback. Closely monitor market trends, regularly communicate with key internal and external talent, continuously conduct in-depth research on key industries and target companies' businesses, organizational structures, and talent situations, and produce global AI talent market mapping reports.

Actively participate in maintaining Alibaba International Group's employer brand, ensuring the stability of recruitment channels and providing a high-quality candidate experience. Conduct comprehensive data analysis and diagnostics based on daily recruitment data, collaborating with recruitment managers to optimize recruitment efficiency and iterate recruitment mechanisms. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, 1-3 years of full-time experience in the recruitment field (including campus and social recruitment), fluent in English as a working language, a background in human resources is a plus, and a strong commitment to long-term development in the HR field.

Possess excellent management, social, and negotiation skills, able to effectively expand and maintain recruitment channels, with experience in the full process of talent recruitment; experience in employer branding operations is a plus. Prior full-time experience in sourcing executive talent is preferred, headhunting experience is a plus.
