We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing business teams. The ideal candidate will contribute hands-on and strategically to cultivate an amazing and innovative Alibaba culture as the organization grows and scales. This is a full-time role located in Hangzhou. In this position, you will partner with senior business leaders and teams to develop and execute the HR strategies that champion organizational and people effectiveness in the region. You must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business in a fast-paced environment. Requirements：1.
BA/BS Degree with at least 5 years of progressively responsible HR experience. 2. Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills. 3. Have sound judgment in handling confidential or sensitive information, and strong attention to detail and on-time completion of deliverables. 4. Able to takes initiatives with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and a continuous improvement mindset5. Able to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing environment6. Proven ability to develop relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills, and execute, implement, and lead change management initiatives7.
Proven track record of working with senior management in an “influence-without-authority” role. Can confidently express your opinion, based on thoughtful data and analysis.
