Job Description: The position involves a thorough understanding of the entire process of long-term incentive (“LTI”) plans management, acting as a core member of ESOP trading platform management, financial reporting and database management of LTI plans, working cross-functionally to ensure the operation of ESOP trading platform, financial reporting and database are accurate and in compliance with relevant requirements. 1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of ESOP trading platform, financial reporting and database management of LTI plans; ensure timely, accuracy and compliance;2. Develop analysis and reports related to the financial reporting of LTI plan to support management decision-making;3.
Improve daily work processes and propose optimization plans;4. Develop and update policies and procedures related to financial reporting and database management of LTI plan, and make practical suggestions;5. Execute special projects as required. Position Requirements:1. Minimum of 3-5 years of financial work experience, with experience in managing or understanding equity incentive plans preferred. 2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work collaboratively with different teams to support the daily operations of ESOP related financial reporting and external filing. 3.
Familiarity with a strong team spirit and an international perspective, able to effectively collaborate with various internal and external parties to ensure the smooth operation of the equity incentive plan. 4. High level of professionalism and confidentiality, able to handle sensitive information and ensure its security. 5. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn about the financial reporting, operational procedures, management, and regulations related to equity incentive plans. 6. Strong organizational and time management skills, able to work in a challenging environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
