Department: Human ResourcesLocation: CRI-Costa Rica-BelenDescriptionAbout this opportunity | Temporary Role for 8 monthsJoin Align Technology as an HR Services Representative and play a vital role in supporting our people’s strategy and daily HR operations. You'll be responsible for coordinating onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting compliance efforts, and assisting with payroll coordination and special HR projects. This position provides administrative and operational HR support, ensuring the smooth execution of key HR processes while contributing to a collaborative and innovative-driven environment. Role expectationsWhat We're Looking ForSupport employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS updates, and document management.

Respond to HR-related inquiries and route requests appropriately. Coordinate new hire orientation and assist in preparing HR documentation and materials. Maintain and update HR records and organizational charts. Support recruiting processes and prepare HR reports and metrics. Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and culture initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations. TypicallyWhat we're looking forBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration. No prior experience required; internship or exposure to HR processes is a plusStrong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Familiarity with HRIS Workday, Softland, Service Now systems and MS Office Suite is a plus. Advanced English proficiency. Clear written and verbal communication; ability to handle employee inquiries with professionalism. Ability to work collaboratively across functions. Demonstrates initiative and reliability as a team player in a shared-services environment. Complementary SkillsComplementary skillsExperience with HR systems (e. g. , Workday, SuccessFactors, Softland, Service Now ) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
