Digital Product Manager

Job Summary: The job holder is responsible for leading and driving the digitalization efforts related to retail assets and oversee the implementation of digital strategies, supervise teams, and develop innovative solutions to enhance the digital presence of retail asset products and services. Accountabilities: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current retails asset products and services to identify opportunities for digitalization process improvement. Develop and implement a digitalization road-map for retail assets, aligning it with the bank's overall digital transformation strategy.

Supervise the development and deployment of digital solutions for retail asset products, such as digital loan applications and Online account management. Facilities cross-functional collaboration among teams to endure seamless integration of digital initiatives and achieve project success. Execute marketing and promotional campaigns to promote digital retail asset products and services and drive customer adoption. Forecast future trends and innovations in retail asset digitalization to stay ahead of market demands. Develop and nurture partnerships with fin-tech companies and technology providers to enhance the bank's digital capabilities in retail assets.

Coordinate with technology teams to execute digital projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Analyze data and customer insights to continuously improve and optimize digital retail asset offerings. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to digital retail asset products and services.
