Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite and board-level contacts. Handle sensitive topics with discretion and professionalism.
Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners. Represent leadership in written and verbal communications with clarity and professionalism. Team Engagement & MentorshipSupport the broader business support community through mentoring and development initiatives. Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and team morale. Event PlanningLead the planning and execution of executive-level events aligned with business goals. Manage communications, promotion, logistics, and post-event follow-up. Operational ExcellenceOversee budgets, expenses, procurement, and space planning. Ensure compliance with internal policies and collaborate with finance on approvals.
Strategic PlanningDesign and manage the annual rhythm of business (ROB), aligning meetings and communications with strategic priorities. Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and workload balance. Travel ManagementPlan and manage complex travel logistics, including international travel and on-the-ground support. Ensure compliance with travel policies and provide support during travel. โ What Youโll BringProven experience in executive-level administrative support, including calendar, travel, and event management. Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent experience. Experience mentoring or supervising others. Strong budget management skills (e. g. , events, morale, travel, training).
