We have the following position for a highly motivated and committed individual to join our Firm: Job responsibilities: You will report to the Banking, Financial Services department and support a team of lawyers while ensuring that their days run smoothly. The key responsibilities are as follows:

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to lawyers in the Banking Department. Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Maintain and organize client files, both electronic and physical. Assist with billing processes, including time entry, invoice preparation, and follow-ups. Liaise with clients, banks, and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents and filings. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements:

Minimum GCE ‘O’ levelCandidates with at least one year of legal secretarial experience will be idealProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems would be preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.
