This integration accounts for 97% of Rakuten Travel's total sales in domestic accommodations and is utilized by nearly all lodging facilities. Our department manages the R-Connect product, overseeing operations and maintenance with existing partners and establishing connection contracts with new partners. Project support: manage project progress, coordinate schedules, and facilitate smooth communication among stakeholders. Business process optimization: support efficient operations by reviewing workflows and proposing improvements. Documentation: prepare and update various manuals and guidelines.
