Key Duties and Responsibilities :Partner GTM & ProgramIdentify Segmentation, ICP, tiering, ROE, incentives, MDF framework.Define motions: Resell, Co-sell, Referral, OEM/Embed, Tech Alliances, Marketplaces (e.g., Azure).Craft partner value props and vertical offers (e.g., CFO Analytics Suite, Smart Government KPIs, Healthcare PDPL/SeHE analytics).Build target lists; run outreach; recruit anchor partners per country/vertical.Lead due diligence; set margins/rebates/SPIFs; negotiate & close with Legal.Launch 30/60/90 onboarding playbook, demo kits, sandbox access, sales narratives, pricing calculators.Stand up Certification Paths: Sales (demo + value selling) and Technical (deployment, data connectors, security).Operate MDF: proposal → approval → ROI tracking.Run joint campaigns (webinars, events, case studies) and coordinate PR.Implement deal registration; enforce ROE; weekly joint pipeline reviews.Co-sell with field teams; clear blockers; manage escalations & channel conflict.Select/implement PRM (Partner Stack/Allbound/Impartner) integrated with HubSpot.Run QBRs, quarterly tier reviews, and partner success plans.Requirements8–12+ years in channels/alliances for SaaS/Analytics/AI/BI; 3+ years leading partner programs in MENA (KSA/UAE preferred).Built a partner ecosystem and Deliver channel revenue.Deep fluency with VAR/SI/ISV/MSP models, government frameworks, and enterprise sales cycles.Solid grasp of data/AI/BI and security/compliance (plus: KSA PDPL, SeHE).Hands-on with HubSpot CRM and PRM processes.Bilingual Arabic/English.
