An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group. About the Role: Project Manager - Civil will manage farming division's construction projects ensuring compliance with Almarai’s objectives and strategy, plan, implement and document the execution of specific projects ensuring optimal conditions and building within laid down specification, approved drawings, and within approved capital expenditures and provide special engineering skills and services to the projects. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage civil construction projects, particularly farm-related infrastructure.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and local building codes. Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and schedules to senior management. Manage procurement of materials and resources efficiently. Lead site inspections and quality control checks. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil project management.

Prior experience in farm construction will be given first preference. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Attributes: Experience in agricultural infrastructure such as irrigation systems, barns, silos, fencing, and drainage. Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and rural development projects.
