To manage a self-directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake milk and process specified dairy products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters (efficiencies, loss-in-process, zero non-conformance) by targeting the right Product Specifications, Quality and Safety Standards. Candidates must have:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineeringMinimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG set up. Experienced in processing of Milk. Experienced with Automated Process Control. Knowledge of implementation of international quality standards. Good knowledge of operation and maintenance of dairy process equipment, filling and packing.
