The opportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Foodservice Manager To drive Almarai’s strategic objectives and growth plans within the foodservice channel. The role is responsible for building a strong foodservice culture across the region, encompassing sales, application management, chefmanship, and customer relationship development. The manager will work cross-functionally to ensure regional performance is aligned with company goals. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and grow the food service channel in alignment with company strategy. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Oversee chefmanship and application management to enhance product usage and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support regional performance. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Candidates without the following will not be considered: 10–14 years of experience in Foodservice / HORECA Sales / FMCG Sales / Distributor SalesProven track record in managing regional foodservice operations and driving business growth.
Experience managing international key accounts (2 years as Sales Manager in Almarai; 3 years as Sales Manager in FMCG business). Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and verbal skills in Arabic.
