What You’ll DoProvide expert legal counsel on bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Represent clients in complex bankruptcy proceedings, negotiations, and court hearings. Develop and execute tailored legal strategies to protect client interests and achieve optimal outcomes. Collaborate with our high-performing, client-focused team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Contribute to thought leadership through research, publications, and client education initiatives. What We’re Looking ForJuris Doctor (JD) or equivalent from an accredited institution. Licensed to practice law in the USDC for the District of Puerto Rico.
Experience in bankruptcy law, restructuring, or commercial litigation (preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate!). Sharp legal mind with excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
