Job Description

Job PurposeThe Visual Auditor is responsible for conducting routine and ad-hoc inspections across the workplace to identify, report, any unusual activities, safety hazards, security breaches, or operational irregularities. This role ensures that the work environment remains safe, secure, and compliant with company policies and relevant regulations. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular visual inspections of the workplace, facilities, and surrounding areas to identify unusual activities, unsafe practices, or potential hazards. Report any suspicious behavior, security concerns, or policy violations to the relevant supervisor or department. Monitor compliance with workplace safety and security procedures.

Document inspection findings and prepare daily/weekly visual audit reports. Support emergency response teams during incidents by providing accurate situational observations. Ensure all inspections are carried out in line with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with security, safety, and operations teams to address risks promptly. Participate in safety awareness initiatives and training sessions. Suggest improvements to workplace monitoring processes and procedures. Qualifications & RequirementsFresh graduate from an Institute or University (Engineering, Safety, Security, or related field preferred). Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Basic knowledge of workplace safety, security, or compliance standards is an advantage. Proactive and responsible approach to assigned tasks. Strong ethical standards and integrity. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, reporting tools).
