Role DescriptionThe Online Sales Specialist is responsible for pre-qualifying clients through outbound calls. This role involves explaining the intake process, selling clients on a full consultation, and guiding them through a detailed system-generated questionnaire to explore potential legal remedies for their immigration status. The position thrives in a fun and competitive environment with incentives such as games, prizes, growth opportunities and a discretionary bonus based on success rate.

Duties And ResponsibilitiesPrequalify clients through outgoing calls based on provided leads. Engage clients in conversations to explain the intake process. Sell clients on scheduling a full consultation. Guide clients through a detailed system-generated questionnaire to identify legal remedies. Focus on outbound calling to connect with potential clients effectively. . Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.

Must consistently make outbound calls as leads are assigned throughout the dayRequirementsMinimum 1 year of proven sales experience (outbound sales preferred)Strong knowledge of sales structure and techniquesExcellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skillsAbility to build trust quickly and maintain a client-focused approachGoal-oriented with strong time management and organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentBilingual Spanish and English required
