Education: - BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/relevent engineering backgroundKey Responsibilities: -Should have sound understanding of project execution and project management tools. Project Planning & ExecutionDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for new (Greenfield) or expansion (Brownfield) projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works. Finalize plot layouts, infrastructure designs, and architectural plans with consultants and internal stakeholders.
Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of project lifecycle management, especially in industrial setups. Familiarity with Greenfield/Brownfield project challenges, including space constraints, legacy infrastructure, and environmental remediation. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
