Our client is private equity investments into real estate businesses, they're looking for Private Equity Associates in Hong Kong to join them and become part of their core investment teamKey Responsibilities:
Actively participate in all aspects of the investment process including deal origination, due diligence, negotiations with various stakeholders (investee companies, property owners, capital partners etc), optimizing legal & tax structuring and deal executionCreate and prepare investment materials, including presentations, investment memorandums and investment analysisBuild and present sophisticated, industry-leading financial modelsConduct primary research on areas of potential investment focusCreate and present portfolio level analysis and performance metricsParticipate in all aspects of the business including liaising with senior professionals, key investors, professional advisors and moreOpportunity to travel Expanded ResponsibilitiesGenerate business ideas, analyse investment opportunities and make investment recommendationsWork closely with senior team members on strategy and negotiations  Lead due diligence and deal executionBuild strong, cohesive partnerships with all investors, advisors and clientsWork closely with investee companies with respect to monitoring ongoing investment, up to and including at the board of directors levelHelp on managing overall business of the firmEducation and Professional Requirements Bachelor degree or above from a top-tier institutionaround 2-4 years’ relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, accounting, consulting or other related industriesPreferred:
SFC licenses for Type 4, 6 and 9 regulated activitiesPreferred Skills A demonstrated leader with exceptional communication skills, attitude & work ethic \Strong presentation, research, financial modelling, analytical and valuation skillsDetail oriented & excellent organisational skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize; attention to detailSelf-motivated and results-oriented, proactive and hardworkingGreat written and communication skillsStrong interpersonal, marketing and negotiating skillsRelentless intellectual curiosity and a drive to excel at the highest levelStrong command of written and spoken English and an Asian languageStrong commitment to AsiaProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience in legal / tax / deal structuring would be advantageousPls send your resume to li@al-access.
