Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and maintain a positive working relationship. Create detailed event timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Coordinate event marketing and promotion efforts, including social media and email campaigns. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in event planning or coordination, with a strong portfolio of past events.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and vendors. Proficiency in project management software and event planning tools. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during events.
