All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: MASTER DATAIn this role you will create and maintain supplier and material master data in SAP. You will be at the forefront of our data-driven initiatives to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability for operational use of all created master data.
SYSTEM SUPPORTYou will serve as a key user for our various systems and provide expertise in data management best practices and ensure compliance with data governance policies. Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify new system requirements, design specifications, and develop solutions to enhance data management and operational efficiency. . DATA GOVERNANCEYou will establish and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data handling processes, including guidelines, manuals, and process documentation. Ensure robust data governance practices are followed, including data quality standards, data security policies, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Train and support team members in using SAP and other tools to foster a data-centric culture within the organization. PROCESSYou will design and implement state-of-the-art data handling processes that ensure efficient, secure, and accurate data management across the organization. Review existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop innovative solutions to streamline and enhance data quality. Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Bachelor’s degree (FH / University) in business administration or similar fieldBachelor’s degree (FH / University) in business administration or similar field1+ years work experience, ideally in an international environmentEnglish fluent, German is beneficialExcellent Excel skillsPrior experience with a material management system is beneficial, ideally SAP (MM)Advanced data understanding, analytical way of thinking, reliable, and detail-oriented workCommunicative team player with a structured and precise working style and a love for dataDue to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2. 446 gross per month.
