Role DescriptionSupervise and control all cash movements in and out of the Head Office vault. Ensure accurate counting, verification, and authentication of all incoming and outgoing cash.

Maintain up-to-date records of vault balances, cash denominations, and transactions. Authorize and record all cash deliveries to and from branches, ATMs, and other bank locations. Implement and monitor dual control procedures for vault access and operations. Conduct daily vault cash balancing and reconciliation; investigate and resolve discrepancies immediately. Monitor cash levels to ensure optimal stock; initiate replenishments from the Central Bank or other authorized sources as required. Ensure compliance with AML/CFT, KYC, and transaction reporting requirements for large cash movements. Coordinate with security providers for safe transportation and delivery of cash consignments.

Conduct periodic and surprise cash counts to verify accuracy and detect irregularities. Safeguard the vault keys, combinations, and related security devices in strict compliance with security protocols. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly vault position reports to management. QualificationsExperience in Customer Service and CommunicationProficiency in Cash Handling and Inventory ManagementStrong Supervisory SkillsAttention to detail and ability to adhere to security protocolsExperience in the banking industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
