Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably in industrial engineering, MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Project Management, business development or a senior role within the FMCG industry,Excellent English communication skills across all four domains (reading, writing, listening, and speaking),Strong understanding of the end-to-end product&process analysis life cycle in FMCG,Deep understanding of FMCG market penetration dynamics, experience in route to market design & optimization; like distribution network, cost optimization and Logistics Planning,Ability to define project scopes, set realistic timelines, allocate resources, and create detailed project plans,Proficiency in system solutions design & Data Analytics platforms developments,Good communication and influencing skills with stakeholders to build collaboration and drive action,Collaboration and communication (bringing several teams with different priorities on the same ground),Proficiency in executive reporting using dashboards.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development activities and monitor progress against targets,Prepare and present regular reports on Supply Chain KPI’s, business development activities, and strategic initiatives to senior management and stakeholders,Experience in conducting market analysis, competitive intelligence and financial modeling.
