The ideal candidate is a qualified Architect with strong proficiency in preparing architectural, executive/shop drawings, and detailed visual outputs (renderings). The candidate must be skilled in utilizing relevant software like AutoCAD and demonstrate expertise in defining technical specifications and preparing Bills of Quantities. Furthermore, the candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of project execution stages, with a focus on quality assurance and diligent communication with the team to supervise work quality and ensure timely execution and compliance with regulations.ResponsibilitiesPreparation of architectural and executive/shop drawings and designs.Defining the technical specifications for projects.Preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities.Following up and supervising the quality of execution and shop drawings in coordination with the team.Preparation and presentation of the project's visual output (rendering) in the best possible way.QualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture3+ years of experience in construction and architectureStrong organizational, creative and presentation skillsProficient in AutoCAD and Revit
