All communication and documentation will be in English. This is a great opportunity to work in an international and user-focused IT service setting, with exposure to modern Microsoft cloud tools and collaborative technologies. ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st level support to end users on Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Troubleshoot user issues related to account access, file sharing, and application performance. Support onboarding/offboarding processes: user account creation, permissions management, and access configuration.

Document procedures and create internal knowledge base articles for recurring issues. Collaborate with 2nd-level support teams for incident escalation when necessary. Ensure excellent communication with users and timely resolution of incidents in line with SLA.
