Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our clients team and support a wide range of hiring needs across technical, professional services, campus recruitment, and corporate roles. If you're an experienced full-cycle recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this could be your next opportunity. This is a 6 month contract opportunity with strong possibility of a permanent hire. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage end-to-end recruitment for a high volume of technical roles, including Backend, Frontend, Full Stack Developers, and Software Engineers. Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build strong candidate pipelines.

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to align recruitment strategy with team goals. Screen, interview, and guide candidates throughout the hiring process. Provide expertise and thought leadership in talent acquisition best practices. Influence decision-making by facilitating formal hiring discussions and consensus meetings. Leverage market knowledge and data to troubleshoot recruiting challenges and recommend solutions. Ensure a seamless and consistent candidate and client experience. Balance multiple open roles efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. What You Bring: 5 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, ideally across both corporate and agency settings.

1–2 years focused on recruiting strategy and consultation with hiring leaders. Minimum 4 years of technical recruitment experience required. Proven ability to work independently and meet hiring goals. Strong influencing, communication, and client management skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience sourcing through various methods including niche networking and industry tools. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-impact environment.
