The ideal candidate will have solid experience in PET, particularly in additive PET or applications within the non-woven and extrusion and/or injection sectors.
This is a fully commercial role, responsible for managing and growing a combined P&L of €60–70 million, with a strategic focus on expanding market share, acquiring new customers, and maximizing revenue opportunities across key regions. Drive specialty polyester sales across Europe, LATAM, and APACOwn and grow a €60–70M P&LWork closely with the Head of SalesGain deep understanding of company’s’ commercial model, product positioning, and customer baseParticipate in pricing strategy, logistics flow, and production planningJoin high-level meetings and strategic project follow-upsAssume full responsibility for the European customer portfolioDrive growth, improve margins, and align sales with operationsProfile & Qualifications Solid experience in Specialty PET for extrusion and injection applications. Hands-on experience with Specialty PET applications in both extrusion and injection.
Proven ability to drive sales of specialized polyester, mainly in Europe, LATAM, and APAC, is a plus. A commercial hunter who bridges sales with operational strategy. Fluent in English and/or Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or German. A proactive mindset and willingness to travel extensively (approx. 60%).
