Aluminium Welder

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine appropriate welding techniques.Prepare metal parts by cleaning, grinding, and cutting to meet specific project requirements.Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques based on the type and thickness of the metal being used.Weld and fabricate aluminium parts and components to precise specifications using TIG and MIG techniques.Inspect finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.Troubleshoot issues with welding equipment and make necessary repairs or adjustments.Work with a team of engineers, fabricators, and other welders to complete projects within deadlinesReview blueprints for specifications Weld, cut, and grind aluminium of different widths. Finish and inspect products for qualityMaintain a clean and safe work environment.Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.QualificationsExperience in aluminium welding and fabricationCompletion of welding training or apprenticeship preferred.More than 5 years of welding experience preferred.MIG or TIG Certification (preferred)Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsMinimum of SSCEManufacturing experience working in industrial production or construction is strongly preferred.
