Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi for an AM MRS / Team Lead. The AM MRS / Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage a team, ensure adherence to service standards, and oversee Sales, Service, and Spare Parts (3S) activities. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to achieve organizational goals, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring staff training and development. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of Sales, Service, and Spare Parts operations in the automotive industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficientlyProficiency in using modern automotive equipment and maintaining service standardsExperience in training and developing staffBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related fieldExperience in the automotive or related industry is a plusStrong problem-solving and analytical skills
