If you’re passionate about (Driving Impact) then this role is just for you!What Will Your Main Responsibilities BeDevelop and execute sourcing strategy for Pakistan’ Personal Care Business, while aligning with Global Procurement frameworks and cluster buying strategies. Decides who to buy from, how to buy & when to buy, with relevant portfolio teams Monitor Pakistan and global market dynamics—FX, commodity indices, supply disruptions, regulatory changes—and translate insights into buying recommendations Deliver annual savings, NMI, Market Insights and productivity targets Support the business with accurate price forecasting. Prepare information on purchase price/trend and conditions to enable proper budgeting and cash forecasting Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationship with key suppliers to ensure quality, service, and innovation. Responsible for the integration of supplier capabilities, logistics, and service requirement of Unilever manufacturing sites. Operational Excellence: manage the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services while optimizing supply chain performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Supply Chain, R&D & Brands) to align procurement activities with business needs. Deliver Operation Cash Flow and Working Capital plans for specific materials/services and suppliers To directly lead or co-ordinate large procurement projects him/herself as needed and continuously improve ways of working and optimize procurement activities To lead the rationalization of suppliers, materials and services that meet Unilever's business requirements In the context of our Partnerships Strategy, to identify, develop and manage strategic business relationships to enable implementation of the Unilever growth strategy, revenue achievement and new product development initiatives Development of contingency plans and alternatives to ensure supply security. Build material resilience strategy and plans Ensure adherence to Unilever procurement policies, ethics, sustainability principles, and supplier compliance requirements Maintain accurate data, contracts, coverage positions, and system hygiene across tools (SAP, Coupa and other portals) Experiences & Qualifications Education: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
