Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.About The RoleOverall responsible for delivery of line/s results with safety and quality, capability building of staff with manufacturing excellence initiatives ensuring adherence as well to Reckitt standard of Quality and safety as well as regulatory compliance.The position oversees and supervises the production activities and staff at Household factory, He directly reports into the Production Manager, who reports to the Factory Manager.Your responsibilities Production & Quality Compliance: Ensure all products are manufactured and stored per approved documentation, SOPs, GMP, and quality standards, with proper validation, calibration, and record control. Performance & KPI Management: Monitor daily line results, losses, and KPIs (yield, OEE, nRFT, waste, efficiency), develop CAPA plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Operational Excellence: Lead 5S, SMED, waste reduction, and Operator Asset Care programs, ensuring process optimization and productivity enhancement across lines. Safety & EHS Leadership: Implement safety mapping, conduct daily Gemba and safety walks, perform risk assessments, and ensure compliance with EHS, BSO, and process safety programs. Workforce Development: Conduct training needs analysis, develop staff capability, and mentor team members for performance, leadership, and technical growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, Regulatory, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless production flow and issue resolution. Cost & Resource Management: Analyze budgets, control production costs, support CAPEX utilization, and ensure financial compliance through effective cost modeling and waste management. Maintenance & Technical Support: Partner with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance, equipment breakdown resolution, and technical improvements for process stability. Strategic Planning & Execution:Define and execute annual production plans, implement new product introductions, process improvements, and business expansion initiatives. Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, GMP, legal, and regulatory requirements, maintain QMS (deviation/change control), and uphold housekeeping and documentation standards.The experience we're looking for3-4 years of experience in Production related roles, preferably in an FMCG environmentBachelors in Engineering.
