Company Description PPE Supply Canada provides high-quality personal protective equipment with a focus on reliability, strong availability, and fast fulfillment. We operate from our Toronto warehouse and support both consumer and business customers with a growing international e-commerce footprint.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Toronto, ON for an Amazon Marketplace Manager focused on expanding and operating our Amazon European marketplaces (including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and others). You will own day-to-day Amazon EU operations, drive listing performance through localization and SEO, manage EU compliance requirements, and execute advertising and growth strategies while maintaining healthy profitability metrics.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount management (Amazon EU): Full ownership of Amazon Seller Central across EU marketplaces, including account health monitoring, Brand Registry management, and category-specific approvals.Listing excellence and localization: Create, optimize, and localize high-converting SEO listings tailored to each European marketplace (copy, keywords, images coordination, variations, and storefront consistency).Amazon advertising and growth: Plan and manage Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), continuously optimizing bids, keywords, and structure to hit efficiency targets (ACoS and TACoS) while scaling revenue.Global logistics (China-to-EU): Manage the end-to-end pipeline from Chinese manufacturers to EU fulfillment, coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth and compliant FBA shipments.Compliance and VAT: Navigate EU operational requirements including VAT readiness/filings coordination, EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) obligations, and customs documentation needed for EU imports and selling.Inventory forecasting: Forecast demand, prevent stockouts, and manage cross-border inventory complexity across multiple EU marketplaces and fulfillment nodes.Performance reporting: Build and maintain reporting in Excel, translating data into clear actions for growth, profitability, and operational stability.Qualifications3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience, with direct experience managing EU marketplaces.Strong working knowledge of Amazon policies, marketplace best practices, ranking factors, and account health drivers.Understanding of EU VAT considerations and product compliance expectations (including CE marking and, where applicable, UKCA).Proven experience running Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) with accountability for ACoS/TACoS performance.Advanced proficiency in Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Excel (data analysis, forecasting, reporting).Strong operational ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to execute independently in a fast-paced environment.Experience launching and scaling products across multiple EU languages/marketplaces.Experience with EU import/customs workflows and coordinating freight forwarding for FBA.Job Type Full-time, on-site (Toronto, ON)
