Job title: Amazon PPC SpecialistEmployment Type: Full Time - Remote Job Description:How you'll make an impact:As our Senior Amazon PPC Specialist, you'll play a critical role in accelerating client growth on the worlds largest eCommerce platform. You'll be entrusted with managing significant advertising budgets, scaling profitable campaigns, and delivering measurable results that directly impact revenue. Your strategies will help clients achieve ambitious ACOS and TACOS goals while driving sustainable customer acquisition.Role Overview:The Senior Amazon PPC Specialist is responsible for the hands-on execution and optimization of advertising campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency with bulk file operations, and the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure PPC initiatives align seamlessly with brand and business objectives, thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management & OptimizationManage, optimize, and scale Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) campaigns to achieve ACOS and TACOS goals.Execute campaign updates and optimizations using Amazon bulk files for efficient management.Monitor budgets, bids, and placements to ensure campaigns remain profitable.Performance Analysis & ReportingPerform detailed analysis of account performance, including CTR, CVR, ACOS, ROAS, and placement data.Conduct regular analysis of ad reports to identify new keyword opportunities and negative keywords.Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.Keyword Development & Strategic Account GrowthBuild and implement keyword strategies (branded, competitor, category, PAT, and Defense).Collaborate with internal Amazon and creative teams to align PPC strategy with overall brand goals.Stay up to date with Amazon Advertising best practices and new feature rollouts.Required Experience:3-5 years of proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns at scale with demonstrable ACOS improvementsStrong proficiency in bulk file operations - experience with bulk file creation, optimizations, and strategic campaign managementExcellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategiesExpert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data manipulationDeep understanding of Amazon metrics (ACOS, TACOS, STR, CVR, CPC, impression share, etc.) and their business impactProven ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts and meeting aggressive deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with the Amazon DSP platform and programmatic advertisingFamiliarity with third-party PPC management tools (Scale Insights, Helium10, Datadive, Perpetua, etc.)Availability to work Pacific Time hours most importantly 2pm onward with some coverage in the early eveningWhat You'll Bring to the Team:Strategic mindset with the ability to see both big picture goals and granular optimization opportunitiesStrong communication skills to present complex performance data clearly to clients and internal teamsProactive problem-solving approach with the ability to anticipate and address campaign issues before they impact performanceCommitment to staying ahead of industry trends and Amazon platform developments
