We combine scientific product development with an agile, data-driven approach to deliver high-quality products that delight customers and grow our portfolio.Our annual sales exceed $100M, and we continue to expand our brand portfolio across beauty and nutrition categories.Role Objective:Achieve product sales and advertising spend goals through strategic management and optimization of Amazon PPC campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement PPC advertising strategiesBuild and cluster a comprehensive semantic coreDesign a campaign structure with targeting rules, bid strategies, and negative keyword logicCreate a launch plan aligned with the advertising strategyManage and optimize product advertising campaignsSet up new campaigns based on defined structures and product goalsAnalyze campaign performance using key reports (STR, SQP, Placement Report, Market Basket Analysis, etc.) to identify actionable insightsAdjust bids, targeting, and budgets to meet performance KPIs (sales, margin, TACOS, ACOS)Test new campaign types, expand keyword portfolios, and scale successful campaignsMarket and competitor analysisMonitor competitor performance, pricing, share of voice, and organic vs. paid visibilityIdentify market opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and product positioningReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports aligned with product KPIsProvide data-driven recommendations for optimization and scalingRequirementsProfessional Skills3+ years of proven success managing Amazon PPC campaignsDemonstrated experience handling advertising portfolios with monthly budgets of $100,000+Deep understanding of key advertising and business KPIs, and how to influence themStrong knowledge of Amazon algorithms and ranking mechanismsProficiency with tools such as Helium10, DataRova, Google Sheets, and Scale InsightsExperience working with Brand Analytics reports and interpreting their dataPersonal QualitiesHigh attention to detail and strong analytical thinkingSystematic and data-driven approach to problem-solvingAbility to work effectively with large datasetsEnglish - B2+ (required). Ability to read reports, use English-based tools, and watch training materials in English.
