Join us in our mission to create a healthier and more sustainable future. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Vilnius.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales teams, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of sales processes. Responsibilities: Maintain and develop relationships with key distributors and wholesalers. Create and implement both long-term and short-term sales strategies. Coordinate the sales process from initiation to deal closure. Negotiate assortment, pricing, trading terms, and new product introductions.

Collaborate with other members of the sales team, the factory, and the logistics department. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in packaging materials sales. Higher education. Experience in the FMCG sector is a strong advantage: sales of products to major retail chains and wholesalers. Ability to understand the global market, plan and execute sales strategies. Confidence in using MS Office products. Excellent negotiation skills, clear communication, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Quick thinking, ability to learn fast and work in a fast-paced environment – essential in the FMCG sector.

Proficiency in English, Lithuanian, and a third language (not Russian) – for internal communication and interaction with international clients.
