Employer: Lenovo Japan, LLCWork location: Akihabara UDX (Tokyo); (3 onsite and 2 remote days in a week could be applicable)Smoking: Not allowed in the office, but smoking room is available in 5th floor of Akihabara UDXEmployment condition: Fixed Term Contract Employee (Starting with 6 or 12 months contract with Lenovo)Expected salary: Depending on the current salary and experience, we would make our decisionOvertime allowance: Not applicableWorking hours: 9:00-17:45 (Rest time: 1 hour (12:00-13:00))Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, year-end holiday, established anniversary day, special holiday, and compensatory holidaySocial insurance and benefits: Comprised of Pension, Health, Unemployment and Worker's Accident Compensation, Defined-contribution pension, property accumulation savings, Lenovo employee group life insurance, etc.Job DescriptionDrive hyper growth of AMD Lenovo Commercial PC product portfolio (Notebook, Desktop, and Workstation) in the commercial segment (REL & SMB).Responsible for AMD business development for Lenovo.Work in a team; be motivated, responsive, proactive, and ambitious.Excel in relationship management with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives in customers and partnersIncrease Lenovo-AMD share in JapanPromote AMD-based products internally and externallySupport reseller sales team to acquire new AMD business.Manage relationships with key channel partners.Track and maintain business opportunities.Collaborate with Lenovo Client Managers (Account Executives) and Sales Leaders on growth plans.Lead strategic business & marketing planning for ROI and AUR growth.Provide market intelligence for portfolio, roadmap, and GTM strategies.Manage competitive meet-comp programs.Support and attend partner events to deliver Lenovo-AMD messaging.Articulate Lenovo’s 360° value proposition across the channel.Apply business intelligence to understand market and competition.Drive demand creation campaigns and support Account Managers.QualificationsAbove 8 years of sales experience in strategic selling and account management (Or Technical Sales support / Inside Sales Representative background could also be fine.)Bachelor's degree or commercial training in business/IT (preferred).Sales experience in distribution/channel environment is a plus.Strong sales attitude, flexibility, and creativity.Excellent communication skills; fluent in Japanese and English.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build CXO-level relationships.Understanding of products, services, trends, and competition.Team player with excellent written and verbal communication.Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to meet challenging targets.Managerial experience to guide and manage teams during change.
