What You'll DoOwn and refine the eMerchandising roadmap to align with seasonal campaigns, product strategies, and business objectivesUse analytics, A/B testing, and tools like Searchspring or Dynamic Yield to optimize the digital shelf and improve CVRLead best-in-class visual merchandising across home, category, and product pages, partnering with creative, marketing, and merchandising teamsEnhance product discovery with smart navigation, search, filtering, sorting, and personalized recommendationsChampion product storytelling, ensuring PDPs are accurate, inspirational, and tailored to the ANZ guestCollaborate with planning and supply chain to align merchandising with stock availability and sales goalsBuild reporting dashboards to monitor merchandising impact on revenue, engagement, and guest experienceWhat You BringProven success (3+ years) in digital merchandising or eCommerce, ideally with a premium or lifestyle brandCommercial acumen with the ability to translate data into impactful merchandising decisionsStrong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach across marketing, digital, UX, and global teamsProficiency with merchandising tools (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Searchspring, Contentful, or similar)Knowledge of omni-channel strategies and the ANZ retail landscapeA degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or similar; postgraduate study is a plusReady to shape the Arc'teryx digital experience in ANZ?Apply now and help us connect guests to the gear they need to live their own mountain, coast, and city adventures.
